The rules for posting, discovering, discussing, and completing everyday local tasks with ErrandPal.
ErrandPal provides tools to post, discover, communicate about, and match small local everyday errands. We are not a staffing, freight, medical, nursing, or other licensed professional service. The platform is not the task client, helper, or payment intermediary.
Use your own email address and password, keep your profile accurate, and protect your credentials. Helpers must complete the in-app identity check before applying for a task. Do not lend, transfer, or misuse an account.
Tasks may include pickup and drop-off, errands, chores help, and short non-medical accompaniment. Describe timing, place, weight, floors, distance, headcount, and tools truthfully. Illegal content, hazardous goods, medical care, sexual harassment, dating-only requests, exam or ghost-writing proxies, and off-platform solicitation are prohibited.
Users negotiate and pay any thank-you fee directly offline. ErrandPal does not collect, hold, settle, guarantee, or refund those amounts. Optional task-exposure credits are digital content purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Credits only promote eligible tasks inside ErrandPal; they cannot be exchanged for cash, used to pay an offline fee, or transferred.
You keep responsibility for content you submit and must respect other people’s privacy and safety. We screen task, image, chat, and review content and may remove content or restrict accounts that breach these terms. Use report, block, dispute, and support tools when something feels unsafe.
Material updates are shown in the app and may require renewed consent. You may permanently delete your account under Settings > Account & privacy. Deletion cannot be undone; records required for legal, store, fraud-prevention, or safety purposes may be retained for the minimum required period.
